Quick and Easy Salsa Recipe

We love us some salsa! However, I don’t usually have the foresight to pick up the fresh ingredients to keep on hand. Most times, I need to make some up at the last minute and just need a quick and easy salsa recipe.

salsa recipe ingredients

So, here are the ingredients for my quick and easy salsa recipe!

  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • Onion powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and dried cilantro (to taste)
  • A pinch of salt & pepper, if needed
  • Lime Vitality Essential Oil (optional)

That’s it! These are all items I typically have on hand. I just grab everything out of the pantry and, a couple minutes later, we are dipping in the chips.

If you happen to have fresh cilantro and limes on hand, you could always substitute them instead.

Directions:

  1. Open the can of tomatoes and dump in a food processor or blender
  2. Add the seasonings and lime essential oil.
  3. Pulse until it is the consistency you like your salsa best.
  4. Taste and add more seasoning if needed.

Wasn’t that easy?! Just dump, grind, and dig in!

A Word of Encouragment

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
