Spice It Up in Your Diffuser

Diffuser Blends· Essential Oils

It is that time of year when we like to add a little spice to our lives, our coffee, and our food.  Candles are burning creating fall inside our homes, but we have to be careful about what those candles are made of.  So many contain toxins that we are breathing in right along with the comforting aromas.

So ditch the toxins and spice it up in your diffuser instead.  By diffusing good quality essential oils we can still get the cozy fall aromas and feel the benefits, too.

While this combination of essential oils is going to make your home smell amazing, you and your family will also be getting some other great benefits just while breathing it in.

  • Orange is a great essential citrus oil.  It contains cleansing and purifying properties and promotes energy and emotional balance.  Orange also contains antioxidant properties.*
  • Nutmeg contains uplifting and energizing properties and supports a healthy endocrine system.*  You can also rub it on your body for some soothing and comforting effects after a workout.
  • Clove creates a warm and inviting atmosphere while containing antioxidant properties.*  Clove also supports a healthy digestive system.*
  • Ginger enhances a sense of equilibrium when diffused.  It also supports a healthy digestive system.*
  • Cinnamon Bark promotes a healthy cardiovascular system and supports both healthy endocrine and immune systems.*

All of these essential oils are available as Young Living Vitality oils which you can use in your cooking and baking recipes.

If you do not have a diffuser, you can still spice it up and enjoy this amazing blend of oils.

  • Add the blend of oils to cedar chips & place in a bowl.  It’s like your own potpourri.
  • Add the blend to cotton balls or tissues and place the cotton balls in your car or other areas you are wanting to spice up the air.
  • Dampen a cloth and add the blend, then place near an intake duct of your heating and cooling system.  The air will carry the aroma throughout your home.

A Word of Encouragment

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
